- Social media data. If you connect to our Services using a third-party social media platform or interact with Leeta by liking, sharing, or commenting on our social media pages or content, we may receive information from that platform about those interactions and from your profile (e.g., name, username, age, gender, profile picture, and other information you choose to make available).

We use your personal information for the following purposes (“Purposes”), to:
- Provide and operate the Services. This includes giving you access to the tools, products, and functionality offered through our platform, such as processing orders, coordinating deliveries, managing bookings, enabling gas tracking features, and fulfilling service requests.
- Process orders and deliveries. We use your information to confirm and process your orders, update you about delivery status, verify drop-off locations, manage scheduling, and notify contacts you designate in connection with your deliveries.

- Provide customer support. We use your communications and service records to respond to your requests, resolve complaints, offer technical assistance, and improve your overall experience.
- Tailor your experience. We analyze your usage patterns and preferences (e.g., preferred delivery windows, frequently ordered products, or repeat delivery addresses) to personalize the Services, improve recommendations, and optimize logistics.
- Improve and develop our Services. We use analytics and aggregated data to understand how our Services are used, to test features, and to build new tools for better performance and convenience.
- Process payments. We use billing and payment information to complete financial transactions, prevent fraud, and comply with regulatory obligations.
- Send you marketing and promotional communications. Where permitted by law, we may inform you about new services, promotions, or offers from Leeta, our affiliates, or trusted partners that we believe may be relevant to you. - Support safety and operational needs. This includes using geolocation or delivery data to ensure proper routing, driver safety, and accurate delivery tracking.
- Other purposes with your consent. Where required, we will ask for your consent before using your personal information for a purpose not already listed here. You may withdraw consent at any time (see How to Contact Us).

Certain third-party partners (e.g., logistics providers, payment processors) may also act as independent controllers. We encourage you to review their privacy notices to understand how they use your information.
Processing Bases and Consequences
When processing your personal information, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract. For example, we need to process your data to deliver gas to your address or confirm your payment.
- Legal compliance. We may be required to process data to comply with safety standards, distribution laws, or government requests.
- Legitimate interests. Such as tailoring your experience, improving our Services, and fraud detection, provided these do not override your rights and freedoms.
- Consent. Where required by law (e.g., for direct marketing via email), we will seek your consent before processing.
Aggregate Information: We may combine information collected about you with information about other users to produce statistics and insights that cannot reasonably identify you. Information that has been aggregated and de-identified is no longer considered “Personal information” and may be subsequently used for any purpose.
Anonymized Information. We may also anonymize your personal information so that it is no longer identifiable. Once anonymized, this information may be used for any purpose.

With other service providers. We share information with third-party vendors, consultants, contractors, and service providers who perform services or functions on our behalf, including cloud hosting, customer support, IT services, communications, compliance checks, and safety monitoring.
In the event of a corporate transaction. We may disclose or transfer your information to a third party in connection with any merger, acquisition, restructuring, divestiture, sale of assets, financing, or similar corporate event.
To protect rights and safety. We may disclose your information where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, systems, or the integrity of the Services, or to ensure the safety of our users, employees, or the public. This may include sharing information to detect, prevent, and/or address fraud, security breaches, unlawful activity, or technical issues.
To comply with legal obligations. We may disclose your personal information to regulatory authorities, government agencies, or other third parties where required to comply with applicable laws, court orders, legal proceedings, or lawful requests.
Aggregate and de-identified information. We may share aggregate or anonymized information with third parties for business, research, analytics, or marketing purposes. This information does not directly identify you and may be used to improve our Services, develop new features, or support business insights.
At your direction or with your consent. We share your information when you instruct us to do so, or when you have given us your explicit consent.
In certain cases, you may have the right to opt out of or object to our sharing of your information with specific third parties. For more information about these options, please see the Your Choices and Rights section below.
Sharing with Our Services and Delivery Partners
Our service and delivery partners include LPG distributors, delivery agents, logistics providers, and technology partners who support gas tracking and automation. Depending on the request, this may include your name, contact details, delivery address, identification information (if required for verification), usage preferences, safety instructions, and any other details necessary for fulfillment.
